This Privacy Policy describes how YT Tools (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles user information. We respect your privacy and clearly state: we do not collect, store, or share any personal data of users through the Chrome Extension.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all versions of YT Tools distributed through the Chrome Web Store or otherwise, as well as to all features of the extension.

2. No Data Collection

• We do not request, collect, or process personal data, including names, email addresses, cookies, device identifiers, or other unique identifiers.
• We do not use third-party analytics services, trackers, or advertising SDKs.
• We do not share user information with third parties, as such information is neither collected nor stored by us.

3. Browser Permissions

The extension may request certain Chrome permissions (e.g., access to the active tab) solely to provide the intended functionality. All processing takes place locally in your browser. Any data temporarily accessed by the extension never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or third parties.

4. Logs and Diagnostics

We do not maintain server logs related to extension usage and we do not perform remote telemetry. Any error messages displayed in the interface remain local unless you choose to contact us and voluntarily provide details for support.

5. Third-Party Services

The extension does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or social pixels. If you follow external links on your own, the policies of those sites apply.

6. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA, etc.)

Since we do not process or store personal data, requests for access, correction, deletion, portability, and restriction of processing are generally not applicable.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, for example when adding new features. For significant changes, we will update the “Effective Date.” By continuing to use YT Tools after updates, you agree to the revised version of this Policy.
